The Covered Bridge POA (Property Owner's Association) is a non-profit organization with 5 board members who are elected by the neighborhood.  All board positions are unpaid and occupied by residents of the neighborhood.  The terms for the members range from 1 to 3 years.  The board members with the aid of Jack Baker have the following responsibilities:

 

  • Enforce the CCR's (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions)
  • Manage the budget and spending for the neighborhood
  • Appoint committees and delegate authority to them as needed
  • Attend and participate at neighborhood POA meetings
