Box 92649 Austin, TX 78709 Phone (512) 288-2376 Fax (512) 288-2389 December 13, 2011 The Covered Bridge POA held a special meeting of members on December 7th to vote on an increase to the 2012 regular assessments for POA activity in opposition to the Dream City site plan.  As required by the POA’s Bylaws, the $200 increase was approved by two-thirds of the members casting votes. The total annual assessment for each Member for 2012 is $596.  You may pay the entire assessment on or before January 15, 2012.  If you chose to pay in two installments, you must submit the first payment of $298 on January 15, 2012, and the second $298 payment on April 28, 2012. In the future, the POA will be sending out more and more communications via email, including notices of certain board meetings, and other important communications.  Per state law, any owner wishing to receive email communications from the POA must keep the owner's current email address registered with the POA.   The available ways to register and update your email address with the POA are as follows: (1) Through the POA's managing agent's fax (512-288-2389), (2) Through email to the POA's managing agent at info@camanagers.com.     Any fax or email registering or updating an email address must include a request to register or update an email address and be solely for the purpose of registering or updating an email address (for example, an email address included in an architectural submission, or printed on a check, is not sufficient).   Thank you for keeping your contact information current with us.
