Regular Board meetings are scheduled as working sessions for the Board and will follow an agenda to advance Association business and are developed prior to each meeting. Association members may however request to be placed on an agenda for a particular meeting to address issues or present information.

Membership meetings are scheduled to offer a live forum for membership discussions on Association business and to give members the opportunity to interact with their Board of Directors on that business. Meetings will also be provide updates to membership concerning developments since previous meeting and make members aware of new matters of interest.

The meeting agendas and minutes will be published on the website to keep members informed of Board actions. Meetings may be subject to change of location, date, time or cancellation should conflicts arise. Any such changes will be announced on the website as soon as possible.
